If you are interested in leasing a house from Summit Property Management, LLC,
Please print out these instructions along with the application that follows and return it to us.

Instructions

1. Complete Application

2. Write out a check (Payable to Summit Property Management, LLC)

                One check for $145  
                Application Fee = $45   Deposit = $100

3. Enclose Application and check in an envelope.

4. On outside of envelope write:   Summit Property Management, LLC
                                                    Box 222

5. Drop Envelope off at "The UPS Store"  (Located at 2054 Kildaire Farm Rd. Cary,
                                                             Beside Wal-Mart near the Tryon Rd 
                                                             Intersection)   852-0250 (Call for Hours)

6. Call 858-7060 and leave a message- "Application Dropped Off"
